Terms and Conditions

TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING:

    • A deposit is required on confirmation of your booking. This includes an office administration fee of $60.00 which is non refundable. Unfortunately if the required deposit is not received within 14 days we assume you are not proceeding with your booking and the date and time will become available for other people to take your place.
    • The number of guests attending the function is to be advised by five (5) full working days prior to the function date. Increased numbers at the function will be added to the final account.
    • Staff charges will apply according to the nature of your event.
    • Prices quoted are valid for 6 months from the date of quote.
    • Payment is to be finalised 3 full days prior to the function date – payment by Credit Card (by telephone arrangement only) and Direct Deposits to be received 3 full days prior to the Function date and other forms of payment by prior arrangement.
    • Due to our inability to replace your booking spot, cancellation received less than 60 Days prior to function date will forfeit the deposit.
    • Surcharge applies on public holidays
    • Pricing per head is full adult price for 10 years and over. We do allow a discount for minors as follows:-
      4-9 Years – 50% of Full priced Menu
      U/4 is free

TRAVEL & FUNCTION TIMES

    • A total attendance time at your function from arrival on site to pack up of 2 hours is inclusive in our price. From experience we have found that this is more than sufficient time for unhurried and professional service at most functions, including cocktail parties. If you believe extra time is required we can discuss this at the time of booking.
    • Travel time of 30 minutes from our premises is inclusive in our price. A staff surcharge will be added if extra travelling time is required.

Q. What time do you arrive?

A. Approximately 1 hour prior to food service for all normal buffet menu set ups

Q. How much space do require?

A. Enough room for two tressel tables 2.4m in length ( depending on numbers)

Q. Do you require a kitchen?

A. No, all meats are cooked in combi steam ovens at factory and then transported in hot boxes ready for our chefs to carve in front of your guests. All our salads are tossed fresh on site.

Q. What do you bring?

A. We supply crockery plates, stainless steel cutlery, tables for buffet and carving, coverings ,serviettes, bread rolls, gravy and condiments and we also remove all rubbish at the end of service.

Q. How long will it take?

A. Most functions we allow for 1.5 hour service from arrival to pack down, depending on numbers.
