You will have 1 chef, and 1 wait staff (per 100 guests) to assist chef with the service, clean and clear tables, stainless-steel cutlery, crockery plates, good quality disposable plates and spoons for dessert, Rosemary Potatoes, Bread rolls & gravy. We bring our own trestle tables X2 for food only and coverings, we also take our rubbish away with us.
Please advise if you would like to go ahead with your booking, if Yes, we will then issue you with your Booking Confirmation Deposit Invoice of $260.00. Taken off your final payment due 3 days before the function, – Electronic Transfer OR by prior arrangement. This is Non-refundable
