Terms and Conditions

A deposit of $250.00 is required on confirmation.If deposit is not received within 14 days we assume your booking has been cancelled.

The number of guests attending the Function is to be advised by three (3) full working days prior to the Function date. Increased numbers at the Function will be added to the final account. Prices quoted are valid for 6 months from the date of booking. Payment is to be finalised 2 full days prior to the Function date – payment by Credit Card (by telephone arrangement only) and Direct Deposits to be received 3 full days prior to the Function date and other forms of payment by prior arrangement. Bookings cancelled within 30 Days of Function date incur $250.00 fee. No surcharges apply on Sunday’s and public holiday’s but these particular bookings require a minimum of 50 people.
