Whole Pig or Lamb Spit Roast

Whole pig’s weigh approximately 35-40 kg and will feed 80-100 people

All of our pigs are specially basted from the crackle to the flesh

OPTION 1 –  $1025.00+GST

  • Whole Pig or Whole Lamb with gravy
  • Chef to Cook and Carve
  • Final cooking on display for 1 hour prior to service to impress your guests

 

(this price allows for a maximum 5 hour service including travel time to and from, additional charges will apply if total service time exceeds 5 hours.)

 

OPTION 2–$675.00+GST

  • Whole Pig or Lamb D.I.Y.
  • We will deliver your whole Pig or Lamb ready to cook on our Spit and will pick-up the following day.(delivery charge will apply)
  • Included in price – cooking and carving instructions – gas and cleaning of spit- gravy

 

OPTION 3–$575.00+GST

  • Whole Pig or Lamb – when accompanied by any of our Buffet Menus.
  • Final cooking on display for 1 hour prior to service to impress your guests, only when accompanied by any of our buffet menus
