Damien and Nikki have been involved in the hospitality industry for the past twenty years.
Damien is a qualified Chef who has successfully run well-known restaurants with nothing but
admiration for his food, while Nikki focuses her attention to detail on front of house. Over
the years we have set ourselves high standards with our love, knowledge and appreciation
for food, and we hope to share our passion with you.

ABOUT US
Spits N Pieces is a well-established and highly regarded family company situated on the Gold
Coast. Commencing operation over 25 years ago, we were one of the first to deliver quality
spit roasts to people’s homes or special venues for up to 1000pax.
Employing only qualified chefs and experienced wait staff, Spits N Pieces now offers the
finest of culinary menus which reflects in the status that this professional catering service
holds highly today.
OUR SERVICE
With our buffet menu’s we supply everything needed for the meal, stainless steel cutlery, crockery plates, good quality disposable plates and spoons for dessert, fresh ciabatta bread and condiments. All our meats are cooked in combi steam ovens at the factory then transported in hot boxes, giving a moist tender roast and the crispiest of crackle. Then our chefs will carve the meat in front of your guests, and all ways allowing for second helpings.
As easily as we set up and serve our fantastic meal, we pack up and clean up leaving no
trace of our even being there. All tables are cleared by our professional friendly staff,
stations are cleaned, floors swept and mopped if necessary and all rubbish is taken away
with us. Apart from the satisfaction of a beautiful evening and a sensational dinner, you would have
never known we were there.
We are proud to say we are the most recognised catering company for offering a whole Pig or Lamb on the spit, cooked on site with the most up to date cooking devices.
STAFF
We have an amazing team of full time and part time qualified chefs, experienced wait staff
and also bar staff available. All are presented in uniform and are friendly, offering any
assistance necessary and most importantly have a professional attitude.
All of our staff undergo in-house training and are qualified to provide the professional
service, hygiene, efficiency and customer relations expected of them in various
environments.

Q. What time do you arrive?

A. Approximately 1 hour prior to food service for all normal buffet menu set up’s

Q. How much space do require?

A. Enough room for two tressel tables 2.4m in length ( depending on numbers)

Q. Do you require a kitchen?

A. No ,All meats are cooked in combi steam ovens at factory and then transported in hot boxes ready for our chefs to carve in front of your guests. All our salads are tossed fresh on site.

Q. What do you bring?

A. We supply crockery plates, stainless steel cutlery, tables for buffet and carving, coverings ,serviettes, bread rolls,      gravy and condiments and we also remove all rubbish at the end of service.

Q. How long will it take?

A. Most functions we allow for 2.5 hour service from arrival to pack down, depending on numbers.
